About iPD
iPD was established in 2009 with a passion to build meaningful collaborative relationship with our stakeholders (city planners, local communities, govts, design institutes, real estate developer, academics, industry practitioners, citizens and people in general) .

We design with an enthusiasm and passion that have always characterized our way of working, ready to understand the needs of our stakeholders, we respond with open-mind, creativity, professional expertise and multi-disciplinary design methodology to not only satisfy the self-sustainability desire of a given space but also to awaken citizens to contribute to the city regeneration.

We are now present in 3 locations, San Francisco, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

We are a learning organization and an incubator, where we encourage wildly imaginative thinking and provoke non-hierarchical & meaningful dialogue.

We consciously design beyond factory-line mentality, as we believe our design serves a higher purpose - that is to inspire and engage the hearts and minds of our stakeholders to facilitate conversation on how we can unlock the potential together.

In addition to the eco-aesthetical dimension of design, our expertise lies in anticipating psychological, physiological and sociological factors that influence and are perceived essential by a conscious citizen. Join our team
We are currently expanding our team to increase our capability and capacity in the area of Hotel/Hospitality/Leisure and Residential.

Position: Landscape Designer (Mid-level)
Location: Shanghai


We give priority consideration for Designers with:
· Critical thinking, effective interpersonal communication skills and a strong collaborative team spirit
· Self-motivation, ability to work independently in a cross-cultural team environment
· Bilingual capability (Chinese & English)
· Well-rounded professional experience in conceptual, schematic and detail landscape design
· An open mindset with strong interest in integrating ecological life-cycle thinking into design
· More than 6 yrs of creative design with international exposure

Qualification and requirements:

Hard
· Bachelor's or Masters in Landscape Architecture or related field
· Excellent spatial visualization skills with proficiency in Autocad, Adobe　Creative　Suites,　Sketch-up (or equivalent), and good hand graphic is a plus.

Soft
· Team player, innovative individual, curiosity to learn with an open mind.
· Self-driven and able to perform well under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Passion, dedication and conviction
· Business, design and aesthetic sense
