1. Responsibilities

· Responsible for the collection analysis review documentation and communication of business needs and requirements;

· Effectively and accurately scopes length and difficulty of tasks and activities of small or large projects.

· Successfully uses PROJECT MANAGEMENT methodology and Project tools associated.

· Involved in business process redesign and documentations needed for new and/or upgraded technology.

· Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering the business.

· Implications of the application of technology to the current and future Business environment.

2. Knowledge and Experience

· Typically has 3-5 years of working experience including at least 2 years of Business experience.

· Must be SAP competent in at least 1 functional area, preferably in Logistics and production;

OR 2 years in other ERP (Logistic) implementation (also be consider)

· Must have experience in at least one full cycle of IT project implementation.

· University degree or equivalent work experience and education.

· Good presentation skill.

· Strong interpersonal skill with high team spirit.

· Self initiative, about to work independently and under tight schedules.

· Willing and able to travel.

· Effective problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction.

· Good system analysis, designing and documentation abilities.

· Fluent and effective in both spoken and written English.

· Use Excel well, if knowing developer knowledge as a plus.
