1. Key Accountabilities

· Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, software (OS and applications), resolve hardware and network issues ; set up computer equipment for new hires.

· PC support and services request from all employees and provide technical support through phone calls, emails and remote control.

· Assist in implementing Corporate IT projects and deploying IT strategy, and configuring network equipment

· Install/upgrade operating systems and application software.

· Provide support to facility IT Admins, perform server room operations and weekly offsite backup.

2.	Knowledge and Experience:

· Good communication skill with ability to communicate in both Chinese and English

· Good technical knowledge on IT (PC Client support, Networking, Email –MS Exchange, File Server administration, SQL server experience, Remote access support, Sharepoint, SCCM, Cisco switches, Telepresence, Wifi)

· Problem solving skills.

· Ability to diagnose and rectify computer hardware and software, network and printer problems.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different level of system users and service providers

· University graduate with major in computer science

· Experience to work with different level of users and to understand and diagnosis the cause of IT issues experienced by the users.

· 3 years experience in PC, LAN, WAN and application system support.

· Paper industry experience and sharepoint development experience will be an advantage.
