◆Maintenance Expert for Mechanics
Key responsibility:
The Maintenance Expert for mechanics is in charge of all maintenance and repair activities – mainly for assembly lines, compressors, air condition - in the production plant of PHP.
Main Tasks
? Preparing and executing maintenance plans for semi-automatic assembly lines, technical plant equipment
? Fault-finding in case of break downs on assy line and technical equipment
? Maintaining/updating failure catalogue of equipment
? Repairing broken down machines, if necessary together with external companies
? Supervising external companies
? Planning, executing and documentation for new technical installations
? Spare parts management for technical equipment

Profile / Skills
? 3 to 5 year working experience in a mass production company with complex and semi-automatic assembly lines
? Education as mechanical or process or manufacturing Technician or Engineer
? Age: 30-40 years old
? good English skills
? Fluent reading and interpretation of technical documentation in Englsih
? Basic IT know-how like MS Office
? Ability to work autonomous and in a team
? High reliability and motivation
? Further know-how concerning Siemens S7 programming preferable

Educational Requirements:
? mechanical or process or manufacturing Technician or Engineer

维修专家/ 工业工程师 – 机械设备
重要职责：
机械设备维修专家负责所有机器设备的维护和维修，主要设备有公司生产工厂内的装配线，压缩机，空调设备。

主要任务
? 准备及执行维护计划：半自动装配线，技术设备
? 半自动装配线，技术设备出现故障，需找出问题所在
? 设备问题总录的维护及更新
? 修理故障机器，根据需要同外方委托公司共同配合完成
? 监督指导外方委托公司
? 对新技术设备的计划，执行及文件归档
? 管理技术设备的备件

任职要求

? 在配备有复杂半自动装配线的大规模生产型公司中，3到5年的工作经验
? 与机械工程，程序工程或者制造工程有关的专业背景
? 年龄：30-40岁
? 熟练的英语语言技能
? 可以流利的阅读以及口译英语技术资料
? 掌握IT基本知识 – 如办公自动化
? 自律工作，有团队精神
? 高企业忠诚度以及积极性
? 优先考虑了解关于西门子S7程序编制

? 机械工程或程序技术工程或制造工程专业
