Main Tasks

Supporting Marketing Manager for all operational / administration works including but not limited to
? Arrange marketing department meetings, activities and draft meeting minutes;
? Help to coordinate marketing department daily operational work including payment, contract;
? Coordinate with internal departments and external agency / vendor / production house to facilitate on-time work tasks completion and ensure the quality delivery of the work;
? Responsible for collecting market data from company’s system (ERP and BI) and summarized into analysis reports;
? Support manager for drafting marketing proposals and submitting marketing reports;
? Regularly updated competitor information and market information;
? Sort and file marketing related materials at regular time base, set up complete file system for Quotations, Contracts, Agreements etc.;
? Maintain the tidy filing storage system for marketing and promotional materials: printed materials, magazines, gifts, products etc.
? Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager and Marketing Director;

Requirements：
? University degree or above in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Management
? Prefer to have experience in Marketing, Ecommerce or CRM (Customer Relations Management), working experience as sales assistant is a plus
? Strong senses in ecommerce, marketing, and customer care. In-depth brand knowledge with high creativity
? High integrate communication skills, good team player
? Strong project ownership, planning and implementation skills
? Analytical, sensitive to data with solution-oriented mindset
? Well structured, organized and very detail driven
? Passion driven, seeking for challenges to grow and learn
? Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English
? Advanced PC user (Office, especially excel and PPT)
