Purpose - Provide efficient support of delivering Total
Customer Satisfaction in all areas to his or her assigned accounts.

• ? Cost Estimates, Cost Reductions, Cost Controls
• Prepare
  lowest possible project cost estimates to support the customer RFQ and
  quotation business process.
• Monitor
  cost variances for assigned accounts and projects and implement corrective
  actions
• ? Project Plans, Qualification, and Schedules
• Plan,
  manage and execute project plans for all milestones of assigned Projects
• Meet the
  customer's project qualification requirements
• Meet the customer's
  delivery schedule requirements
• Specify any
  specially required packaging methods based on customer requirements
• Anticipate
  potential schedule or priority delays
• Maintain
  current status on customer requirements for on-going g and future products.
• ?
  Specifications, Drawings, Bills of Material,
  Routings
• Proper
  Documentation for all Projects
• Fluent with
  Required computer tools and software
• Oracle
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook
• CAD and other commonly used engineering software
  tools and utilities
• ? Tooling and Fixture Specifications
• Communicate
  any specially required fixture or tooling specifications to Process Engineers
• Joint
  responsibility with Process Engineers
• Constantly improve best known manufacturing process
  methods
• 
  Utilize on existing and future projects for any
  customer.
• ? Other responsibilities

  communication with Aavid team members, customers, and suppliers is critical

ii. Qualification & Experiences:

• ?
  Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or
  equivalent work experience.
• ?
  2 to 5 years or related technical experience in a
  manufacturing or similar environment.
• ?
  A solid knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing
  operations that include procurement, design, scheduling, manufacturing, test
  engineering and quality systems.
• ?
  Familiarity with design tools such as CAD.
• ?
  Demonstrated communication and project management
  skills.
• ?
  Proficiency in MS Office/Windows operating system
  and Oracle ERP System.
• ?
  Strong logic and problem solving skills.
• ?
  Good English skill both in oral & written.
