职位描述
岗位职责：
？ Overseeing the production process, ensuring that the production is cost effective.
？ Ensure alignment of the manufacturing with the company vision, purpose and priorities.
？ Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure, and compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies, prescribed QMS, and 5S processes
？ Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
？ Ensure continual improvement with overall quality and efficiency.
？ Assess staffing and skill requirements within the dept. Develop plans to address needs, establish individual accountability using coaching and support and performance management process.
任职资格的具体描述： Education & Skills :
? Degree in related Engineering or Manufacturing discipline
? Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a managerial position in the industry
? Knowledge of lean methods and good leadership
? Good knowledge in mechanics and automation, professional skills & experience in aluminum machining is a plus
