职位描述
III. Main Responsibilities:
？ Maintain accurate and complete financial accounts and records,
？ Respect closing schedule to ensure cutoff and closing timely,
？ Manage Capex and fixed assets, follow up CARs and investment orders, monitor FA transfer and disposal, implement related process to keep assets safe an integrity，
？ Manage vendors accounts , review purchase orders, match invoice, reconcile IC transactions and prepare payment forecast to maintain fine credit records,
？ Cash forecast and treasury management, coordinate AR team and IC company, improve funds efficiency.
？ Prepare headquarter reporting package timely and accurately based on US GAAP,
？ Prepare all China statutory reports to ensure accuracy, ensure statutory accounts to comply with local GAAP and taxations.
？ Coordinate and support internal and external audit,
？ Coach team members to fulfill their job with high quality within deadline.
？ Fulfill ad-hoc projects from site financial controller.
IV. Major Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree, accounting or economic major.
？ 5 or above years related experience, with good exposure in manufacturing industry.
？ Solid knowledge of China GAAP and tax, and knowledge of USA GAAP is plus.
？ Be familiar with ERP system, preferably Oracle.
？ Good command of English in reading and writing.
？ Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure and independently
？ +3 years’ experience of playing a role as team leader.
