PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a member of regional finance team, need to work with other colleagues to process payment, receipt, and other bank/cash related assignment over the whole country. Help to ensure the high reliability and timely delivery of financial information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
1. Daily office administration: Ensure office supplies available; discover how to get better service after searching and comparing their quality, price… etc.
2. Fix time to inspect all the office equipment to keep it in good condition.
3. Assist for booking tickets, reserving hotel and conference room, arranging transportation, preparing visa documents etc. for colleagues. (for Suzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen)
4. Assist for company vehicle arrangement
5. Assist for conference facility arrangement
6. Provide administrative & marketing support to Managing Director


Accounting
1. Payment processing (e-banking, check, etc.) after checking all payment application following company policies (Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai)
2. Payment voucher key into accounting system (Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai)
3. Foreign currency receipt and conversion (Maily for Suzhou)
4. Bank statement reconciliation
5. Shareholder loan account registration and track
6. Bank account opening and closure
7. Verify the staff expense claim and reimburse the expense when approved. (Suzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai)
8. Test cash management (monthly report and count). Check with accounting books.
9. Petty cash management
10. Filing financial file
11. Renew and amended all license and necessaries documents on time. (Suzhou & Shanghai)
12. Annual company verification – every May. (for Suzhou, Shanghai)
13. Other ad hoc assignment



PERSON SPECIFICATION AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
§ College degree or above, majored in Finance or Accounting.
§ Basic knowledge of banking, SAFE (Statement of Foreign Exchange) regulations.


INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
§ +1 years working experience as cashier.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
§ Good at using Ms Office.
§ Good Communication skills in English and Mandarin.
§ Positive attitude, analytical mind and willing to learn and develop skills
