Job Goals:
? Website maintenance and develop according to business requirement
? Communicate and manage IT vendor to support the company goal and objectives
? Make sure Global IT policy fulfilled within Alfa Aesar
? Provide good system support to Alfa Asia end users

Main Responsibilities:
? Plan for and perform both routine and non-routine installation/configuration and troubleshooting of application system and components
? Responsible for the day-to-day IT operational support including Website, Interface Hub, Ebsoft, and other components
? Troubleshoot/Setup Microsoft dynamic CRM,JDE E1(As a plus)
? Make sure of all IT system license traceable well
? Quick respond for all the IT system requirement among Alfa Aesar Asia sites(Korea, China)
? Maintain, supervise and communicate with Vendors and lower the cost on IT
? Internal procedures and good documentations
? Innovative IT system issue solver
? Other IT related jobs as needed

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in computer science or Management information system or related
? At least 4 years working experience in IT related job in MNCs
? Experience with DynamicCRM, JDE is preferred
? Knowledge of ADF,Java,J2EE,Oracle
? Good Oral and Written English and Mandarin communication skill
? Quick respond and results oriented
? Problem solving, and performance driven
? Adaptability , Self-motivated, independent, work under pressure
