Job Goals:

Perform QC daily test both for incoming materials & customer complaints.
每日对进料以及客户投诉进行QC测试
Maintain and manage QC relative equipments.

Handle the customer complaints timely and provide problem-processing results.

Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out practical analytical work as an active member of the QC team.
执行QC分析工作
Develop and validate methods of analysis so that materials can be properly identified and assayed.
开发并确保分析方法能有效辨识产品
Interpret analytical results and make decision/ take action based on conclusion.

Ensure that assigned work is carried out in strict compliance with corporate, legal and other requirements.

Carry out analysis of materials by accurately following the methods prescribed in test schedules (where applicable).

Ensure that suitable supplies of analytical reagents and solvents are available in the QC laboratory.

Work in close co-operation with other departments to support the operations of The Company.

Relocate tested materials both physically in the warehouse and on the JDE inventory database.
做好测试产品记录
Maintain housekeeping standards followed by 5S management discipline. Include that equipments and working areas cleaning.
根据5s要求维护工作区域与工作设备
Ensure that management and colleagues are keeping informed through reporting of progress and problems on a regular basis.

Experienced in the field of analysis of chemicals and particularly methods associated with Organic Synthesis such as HPLC, GC, GC/MS, KF/LOD, RI, OR, DSC, Titration and Supplanted.
