职位描述

Job Purpose:

Manage the program resource, insure the time, cost, quality to success, control risk

Develop a project plan based on the process and consider Scope/Schedule/Resource

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

？ Lead the implementation of HVCC's product development according to HVCC Product Development Process and customer’s specific requirement

？ Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work with the Customer for each project

？ Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work for engineering services to be contracted to HVCC for each project

？ Assist in engineering services contracted to HVCC

？ Lead establishment of cross functional teams to meet program deliverables across regions and plants

？ Deliver assigned programs/ projects to profitability, timing and quality targets

？ Lead successful executive gateway reviews for each project

？ Lead development of action plans to resolve all program issues (Risk Management)

？ Manage the change control process and lead cost study associated to change

？ Ensure lessons learn from lead program to be transferred into responsible program

？ Coach the cross function team on HVCC/Customer’s product development process/requirements

？ Coordinate customer program’s visit/audit to HVCC plant

？ Lead global communication/review meeting for global program Develop and Strengthen the business relationship with customers

？ Assist in development of business cases for new projects in terms of set up timing plan and budgeting

？ Perform special studies/ projects at manager’s direction

2. Meet or exceed internal or external quality target of responsible program

3. Meet or exceed financial commitment of responsible program


Person/Competency Specification

Essential :

？ Program management

？ Strong English speaking capability and communication skills

？ Basic understanding of corporate finance

？ Ability to independently plan, prioritize and manage work tasks and people

？ Prepare and Deliver technical presentations

？ TS16949 5 Tools for automotive

？ Result focused

？ Capable of working independently under pressure.

？ Climate Product development experience (at least from one of climate products)
