Roles & Responsibilities:
. Annual Dinner arrangement
. Office decoration, Safety and facility Maintenance
. Register and greet visitors including meeting room setup
. Process incoming and outgoing mails, including express deliveries
. Prepare and update the Extension. list on time
. Collect TERs and other documents and ensure accurate handover to Finance/HR at HIP for payment processing and filing
. Order stationeries, business cards, fast food meals and others per request
. Assist to organize Staff Activities and programs Upon Requirement
. Be flexible, complete general office work as discussed from time to time with immediate supervisor
. Assist Directors and Korean ISEs (except Michael & Eddie) to make travel and hotel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel reservations for visitors and insurance purchase for employees’ overseas travel
. Assist Directors and Korean ISEs (except Michael & Eddie) of their daily work Upon Requirementes & Responsibilities:

? Master or Bachelor students who can commit 3-4 days every week in this internship
? Studying in Business Administration would be an advantage
? Good spoken & written Chinese & English is required
? Good communication and coordination skills
