Job Description

Reports to: Business Planning Director

Location: China Technical Center
Role Specification
Job Purpose
:

New business development and Business Modelling by implementing strategic reviews of customer cycle plans using all available information; customer, public, internal teams, management. Maintain cycle plans in eP and advise global team of change. Lead change and alignment process.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate business opportunities with the support of Sales, Sales/Marketing.
2. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, etc to create a comprehensive understanding of customer cycle plans in AP/Korea region.
3. Evaluate and analyze HIS and other external data. Present information for Management decisions on system update, quotation and strategy.
4. Conduct organizational assessments to identify SWOT, leverages market intelligence to develop product strategy and portfolio,
5. Lead critical events/activities relating to Customer/Management/Stockholders .

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Semi annual cycle plan updates.
2. Monthly volume update report.
3. On time system updates for adhoc changes.

3. Fluent English oral skills 1 Basic financial understanding and experience including analysis of/experience with P/L, Balance Sheet, etc .
