Primary Goals: The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR Department. Interns are responsible for delivering assistance and administrative support to HR team on various tasks and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain employees’ personnel files, maintain and update employee data base;

2. Prepare and submit vendor payment request;

3. Assist on processing employee compensation program;

4. Consolidate C&B report including employee leave tracking report, welfare fund report, etc.;

5. Support for recruiting related tasks such as posting advertisement, screening resume, initial phone interview, process improvement projects, etc.;

6. Support for ISE related affairs, Passport, Working Permit, Visa etc.

7. Assist to apply for Employee Shanghai Residence Permit of local Chinese

8. Support for organize activities like Annual Dinner, Teambuilding and etc.

9. Support on other HR tasks as required

Job Requirement

· Master or Bachelor students who can commit 3-4 days every week in this internship

· Studying in Human Resources Management / Business Administration would be an advantage

· Previous experience in HR field is a plus

· Good spoken & written Chinese & English is required

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Proactive, committed and enthusiastic

· Attention to details

· Microsoft Office especially strong Excel skill
