Roles & Responsibilities:

. Implement Lean process in HVCC plants in China, including tools, procedures, standardized forms, training and reference materials. Manage and mentor focused process improvement

. Review the OE goals and actions with all plant MP&L leaders and cooperate with them to achieve the goals. . Conduct internal operation audit and improve operation system continuously.

. Organize training and communication of Lean to ensure all plants MP&L being clear with Lean manufacture knowledge or skill. Teach Lean tools to all levels of the organization (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, SQDC boards, MDI, etc.). Serve as the plant's internal 5-S calibration expert.

Work with purchasing, extend Lean manufacture concept to our key supplier and help them build up Lean production.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor or above.

. Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management related major, familiar with operation process of manufacturing industry，familiar with knowledge of onsite improvement and lean production.

. 8 years working experience， 5 years lean production experience，mechanical manufacturing working background would be a plus.

. Good English, both speaking and writing.

. Has a solid experience on lean rollout, robust understanding of lean principles, tools and methods.

. 6 Sigma certified Green Belt preferred.

. Evidence of leadership skills.
