岗位职责（Responsibilities）：

1. 了解企业的内在文化和发展动态，策划并撰写用于品牌宣传和市场推广的各类文案
2. 熟悉企业的产品和技术，负责市场宣传活动、产品发布会和展会等文字资料的准备
3. 整合企业的传播策划材料，形成统一的宣传稿件及公关口径
4. 负责公司整体SI、VI规划、管理和实施，提升企业的品牌形象
5. 拓展并保持良好的媒体关系，确保公司宣传稿件的有效发布，并避免可能出现的负面信息
6. 综合运用各种软性资源和宣传渠道（如微信、微博、论坛等），提高企业的知名度和影响力
7. 更新维护企业网站内容，协调市场宣传材料和准备和翻译

任职资格（Qualification）:

1. 中文、新闻、市场营销、广告、公关策划或相关专业，正规大学本科或以上学历
2. 三年以上宣传策划、媒体、市场营销等相关工作经验，有科技媒体供稿经历更佳
3. 扎实的文字功底，优秀的文案策划和撰写能力
4. 具有新闻敏感性，较强的洞察力和综合分析能力，能自主选题并完稿
5. 熟练IT行业、集成电路行业新闻稿的写作方法和技巧的优先考虑
6. 具备丰富的政府和媒体资源、良好的人脉关系和快速有效的公关处理能力
7. 具有较强的沟通与组织协调能力
8. 工作态度积极主动，能承受较大压力
9. 英语六级以上者优先考虑
