职位描述
Job Objective
The Data Warehouse Scientist is a critical role responsible design of the integrated solution for building data warehouse, big data architecture and infrastructure including data mining, modeling and algorithms developing. The incumbent will work with relevant stakeholders to developing and institutionalizing different modeling to exploit large volumes of data to support various business functions and client needs
Main Responsibilities
1. Perform key role in designing and developing Data Warehouse and Data Dictionary construction and structure whereas has the capabilities to handle large volumes of data from multiple asset class data resources and ensure high performance of the data.
2. Work directly with key stakeholders in the design of the effective data modeling, and data integration and data migration solutions that satisfy all business and clients requirements.
3. Develop relevant modeling and solutions for data scrubbing, data cleaning to support and achieve effective data flow processing.
4. Conduct and develop business intelligence project for financial and statistics application which would made high impact in products and business results.
5. Design big data architecture to support multi asset class data like Equity, FX, Fixed-income etc.
Top 3 Requirements
1. Master in Mathematics and Statistics, physics or data mining, PhD would a preferred; and financial working experience would be a plus.
2. Track record in design Data Warehouse with hands on experience performing data profiling; dimensional and categorization data modeling experience.
3. Strong combination of quantitative, modeling and software development skills.
4. Strong experience with Matlab, SAS, SQL, Oracle.
5. Strategic thinking; driving execution; forming partnerships with team.
Special Requirements
1. Very strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
2. Tolerance for stress; innovative thinking and positive can-do attitude.
3. Working experience of C++ programming
4. Linux environment
