职责：
1、 为外资企业在中国境内开拓市场、进行投资、提供相关商务咨询；
Provide advisory for foreign invested company doing business in China

2、 负责为外资企业和代表处提供公司设立、变更、注销、变更经营范围、变更法定代表人/首席代表、 迁址等咨询服务
Provide advisory service for foreign invested company and representative office, including but not limited to the approval and registration procedures of incorporation, alteration, liquidation, change of business scope, alteration of legal representative of the business existence in China.

3、 草拟、审核可行性研究报告、公司章程、董事会决议、委任书等中英文法律文书及相关文件；
Draft the application documents such as Feasibility Study Reports, Article of Association, Board Resolution, Appointment letter and so forth;

4、 与当地商务委、税务局、海关、外管局、工商局等各政府部门进行沟通，取得相关企业证照
Negotiate with local Commerce authority, AIC, Tax bureau, Customs, Foreign Exchange Bureau and apply for the relevant certificates.

5、 检查客户法律文件合规性，完整性，实施客户印章、证照、文件保管工作指引流程
Check the compliance of legal documents and carry out the certificate custody service and manage the use of chops according to the management procedure.

要求：
Requirements:

1、 1-2年以上相关工作经验
One or two years of relevant and related working experience

2、 良好的英语沟通水平，能以英语为工作语言
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

3、了解政府部门外资企业相关审批程序
Familiar with registration procedure of Chinese competent authority on approval of foreign invested enterprises.
