Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, EF Asia Head Quarter Office

You will gain insight into a fast-growing, international business and directly influence its development and growth by participating in its daily office operations of EF Asia Pacific Headquarters Shanghai. You will encounter all levels of staff and management on a daily basis. This role is a great stepping stone to a career in China or other parts of EF.

You will mainly:

- Maintain a good image of the front desk area of the office.

- Receive and welcome office visitors and provide appropriate direction.
- Receive, direct and relay public inquiries, telephone messages, fax messages.

- Prepare welcome packs, staff ID cards and relevant on-boarding service for new office staff.
- Provide ordering service and distribution service of office supplies and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.

-Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.

- Provide local hotel booking assistance for office visitors.
- Provide other secretarial support to office management department.

You have/are:
- College degree or above.
- Preferably you have at least 1 year experience in reception service or administration.
- Good command of computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
- High fluency in English (both spoken and written).

- Experienced in event organization or highly interested.
- Must be a people person, good at communication and service oriented.
- You are detailed oriented and have good organization skills.

-You are able to flexible and make quick & correct decisions when situation needs
