职位描述

Client Profile:
Our client is one of the leading Fortune 500 companies. It entered China in the middle 1980s. It was one of the first three foreign-owned joint ventures in China after the "open door" policy. So far, it has created more than $600 million sales revenue and it has 3000 staff in China

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily secretarial support to Business Head
- Daily news collection and make summary
- Independent and active agenda management, anticipate on changes, priority setting
- Maintain contact with in- as well as external relations
- Perform time management, prepare presentations (PPT, Excel, Word) and mailings, involved in tracking budget and putting up cashflow statement.
- Co-ordinate Business Head's travel arrangements.
- Arrange and plan (inter)national meetings/appointments/conferences, set up agenda, make minutes, distribution, take and initiate on action, data processing, archiving.
- Perform time management and secretarial tasks and data processing, archiving.
- Prepare purchasing orders and submit for approval
- Lead Trailer projects.
- Other tasks assigned by Business Head.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor or above major in administration or management or relevant.
- Very good command of English in both speaking and writing.
- At least 8 years relevant experience in multinational company, experience in team coordination is preferred.
- Familiar with inter-personal skill and can deal with different kinds of internal customers.
- Can work smartly and systematically; Can-do altitude; work well under pressure
- Provides direct assistance to Business Head and works independently on special assignments related to corporate affairs.
- Mature, accountable, strong problem solving skills, self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, can-do attitude.
- Married and given birth are preferred
