Position Title: Sales Training Manager
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Senior National Sales Training & Development Manager
Client Profile:
US company with more than 200 years history with leading position in consumer / construction material industry
Position Summary:
1. Own sales team capability development to support business growth needs
2. Develop sales manual, job responsibility, best practice and keep documentation
3. Develop sales training annual plan and budget plan
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Own sales team capability development to support business growth needs
2. Develop assessment and survey tools to identify the top capability gap for sales team and develop training program accordingly
3. Summarize and consolidate best practice and working process from sales team and reapply to all team
4. Develop and qualify internal and external trainers based on training and capability development needs
5. Develop on-site training program and process to monitor and ensure on the ground training quality
6. Develop management trainee recruitment and training program to ensure fresh blood for sales department business development and organization upgrade needs
7. Own sales manual, job responsibility development, best practice sharing and documentation
Key Requirements:
1. University degree
2. At least 5+ years working experience in training department, prefer sales training experience
3. Strong capability in organizational capability analysis, identification and program development
4. Good communication skill
5. Great training capability
6. Sufficient resource for excellent external training companies
