Position: Retail Coordinator
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Position Summary: Responsible for leading the strategic implementation of CHG’S retail business and associated product development. This individual will identify, investigate and assess a myriad of growth opportunities for CHG in the retail space. Additionally, this person should have the ability to manage and source product initiatives, research and report on impactful programs.

Responsibilities:
? Serve as a key member of the executive team
? Spearhead JAY GODFREY lifestyle product (lotions, shampoos, conditioners, robes, bedding, candles etc) development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s retail strategy
? Help define and execute on the company’s JAY GODFREY-branded product categories
? Act as buyer for CHG-owned retail and online stores and select merchandise from JAY GODFREY apparel, JAY GODFREY lifestyle products, and third party products
? Manage CHG and non-CHG affiliated hotels Amenities & Replenishment programs
? Identify strategic sales partners in emerging new verticals and channels
? Seek out and build scalable distribution channels
? Manage multiple business initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment
? Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management
? Manage complex contract negotiations and work with the company’s legal counsel as required
? Manage relationships with limited support
? Assist in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the company
? Provide innovative thinking working with leadership and various teams to execute agreed upon plans

Requirements: This position requires a bilingual (Mandarin and English) product development executive who can identify potential opportunities and develop the tactics and resources to bring them fruition. This executive will need to actively lead in an effective and aggressive manner. At the same time, this executive is expected to be a contributor to the overall management of the company.
? 5 years plus of product development experience in the luxury retail and hospitality space
? Must have a solid understanding of the Company’s market, products and retail partners. A rolodex of contacts in amenities products world xis a plus
? A bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing is required with an MBA or equivalent preferred
? Strong financial acumen and understanding
? Must be an innovative thinker with superior demonstrated leadership
? Must be able to communicate effectively and possess strong business, analytical and planning skills
? Should be creative and considered an out of the box thinker
? Must have the vision to see what is possible and the confidence to get it done
? Strong interpersonal skills are a must
