JOB SUMMARY
1.L&C segment profitable development of the Property LoB (PD/BI/MB)
2.The quality of service and underwriting support for international programme business (Reverse Flow)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Contribute to develop a profitable Property portfolio of major International and domestic accounts in China or CODI
2.Closely target and select quality account and monitor the profitability and initiate necessary actions
3.Analyse risk exposure in close coordination with risk engineering, as well as adequate price and T/C
4.Develop a convincing client marketing strategy in line with market strategy and underwriting guidelines
5.Handle existing accounts both from local RF and local resources
6.Take part in industry working groups and promote AXA brand and values
7.Other works assigned by local Property LoB Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree or University equivalent
2.Minimum 5-7 years experience in Insurance/reinsurance with minimum 5 years experience in Property insurance business acquisition / underwriting
3.Positive experience and success in client management
4.Ability to take initiatives and formulate and implement new ideas independently
5.Ability to adapt and handle new pricing tools and methodologies
6.Confident personality, team spirit oriented, clear thinking and good communication,
7.Excellent level of English (written and spoken) mandatory
