Key Areas of Accountability Responsibility
1. To be responsible for Safety, Health and Environment in his/her own areas and promote contribute to safe working practices at all times. He/she observes the SHE regulations and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when a dangerous situation occurs
2. He/she observes the Security regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when an insecure situation occurs.
3. Create project documentation (e.g. project plan, statement of work) and get approval for execution of the project.
4. Responsible for project progress, ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
5. Manage the project in terms of money, time and quality.
6. Report project progress according to the project plan, communication to all parties involved, using GPMO Toolset including Prince 2 Methodology.
7. Manage the project risks and set up appropriate procedures.
8. Manage the project team members and create teambuilding and team spirit.
9. Manage the customer's expectations


Required knowledge: ？
Project management methodologies planning and organizing;
Loves a systematic and accurate approach in conducting his/her projects. ？
Knowledge of Telecom, Server and Security technology, principles and architecture design (Microsoft) ？
Good English communication skill (written or verbal) is essential.
Min. 4-5 years of IT infrastructure project experience in an international environment (MUST) Experience with: ？Project management ？
Knowledge of the business
Knowledge of the systems and services ？
Management of changes within organizations
