Main Responsibilities
The person will work as recruiting team lead to support business leaders in Accenture strategy platform Greater China. The person will work with business leadership and recruiting leadership to understand strategy business environment and short term/long term business expansion plans, create sourcing strategy to meet business needs in collaboration with supply & demand team. On the other hand, the person is responsible for internal communication across recruiting team and business leadership, including recruiting status collection and update, talent pool market research, and leading souring strategy discussion and summary. In addition, the person will be responsible for team members’ coach and development.
Hands-on delivery job and lead team on delivery job:
1. Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened;
2. Manage recruiting process and sourcing strategy to enable the effective pipelines;
3. Enable the strategic TA program to expand the Strategy talent pool such as MBA, Alumni and oversea sourcing with Return-to-China.
4. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
5. Complete assessment reports and provide the stakeholders regular intelligence report and TA Status Report;
6. Lead projects as assigned in Strategy platform ;
7. Partner with Recruitment Marketing function to build Accenture Strategy Brand
8. Provide consulting services / advices to candidates;
Basic Accountabilities
Recruitment operations:
1. Focusing on key positions that are experiencing a short-fall in qualified candidates.
2. Coordinate with business hiring manager/s and BUHR on hiring requests;
3. Analyzing present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods, to include using advanced various search techniques (if resources available) for identifying qualified candidates.
4. Networking with Industry associations, both in large established organizations as well as online professional interest groups.
5. Developing and implementing communication templates and plans for targeted solicitations of interest and referral requests.
6. Seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research and solicitations to relevant individuals and organizations.
7. Ability to synthesize job requirements and develop a search from the information provided.
8. Capable of pro-actively requesting changes to job descriptions as needed.
9. Excellent knowledge of the capabilities of the internet for data acquisition, and advanced keyword-search familiarity.
10.Experience with job postings, both online and in print.
11.Familiar with branding, marketing and advertising efforts as it relates to recruitment.
12.Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
13.High comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations.
14.Selection and interview for professional level hiring;
15.Report hiring status of Service businesses;
Main Requirements
NOTE: This position requires either a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in strategy consulting firms or Strategy Consulting Professionals who are willing to develop career in HR- Talent Acquisition.
1. Good education background from top university. MBA is preferred.
2. Have deep understanding of strategy consulting industry. Have 8+ years recruiting experience and 2 years+ REC management in strategy consulting firms or at least 5-7 years’ strategy consulting experience.
3. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is
