Basic Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degrees and with good oral and written English, Mandarin is must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
- Have ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Maintain good relationships with clients and project managers.
- Working experience in China is not necessary
Consultant Level
- 3-7 years working experience with at least 1-2 years of experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
- Minimum 1-2 years project and team management experience
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives.
- Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
- Experience in Change Management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle
- Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management.
- Have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client.
Desired Skills & Experience
- MBA / Technical Master’s degrees
- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus
- Experience in change management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle etc is a plus
- Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc...)
- Background in individual and/or organizational psychology would be a plus
