职位描述
- Lead the solution/functional team to implement eCommerce project on functional activities
- Be the contact window with client on functional perspective during project build and operation phase
- Organize the functional workshops with clients, such as gather functional requirements, end-to-end SOPs….
- Editing and Authoring ecommerce functional specification, and explain functional requirement to technical team
- Prepare eCommece system training materials, and conduct functional training to client
- Editing and authoring eCommerce integration test cases and end-to-end UAT plan/test scenarios, and lead the client and 3rd parties partner to finish end-to-end UAT
- Draft high level eCommerce solution gap analysis and effort estimation based on high level business requirement specifications or statements.
- Support business team to do the presales activities during business development phase if needs, such as solution proposal, solution demo……
- At least 5 years eCommerce consultant experience
- Have a bachelor degree on Computer Science, Ecommerce, web application related major
- Solid knowledge on official site, Tmall and JD site functional requirement
- Solid knowledge on eCommerce best practices, such as on eCommerce user experiences, onsite search, online marketing, merchandising management, inventory management, customer management, traffic generation, web analytics, mobile commerce….
- Good logic analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Withstand the pressure, the courage to accept the challenge
- Clothing/supermarket/FMCG/retail industry B2C experiences is preferred
- IBM Websphere Commerce, ATG, Hybris or Demandware solution experiences is preferred
