Job Purpose

确保所有电气及自动控制领域竣工图以及相关技术资料的完整性、正确性，并进行归档

Ensure all of the electrical & automation as-built drawings and instructions are archived correctly

确保工厂生产设备及公用系统的正常运行.

Ensure the utility and production equipments run smoothly

参与西氏新项目及改进项目的建设，负责电气以及自动化领域的工作，确保该领域的设备/设施安装、验证符合西氏的标准以及现行GMP 的要求

Participate in WEST new projects and improvement modifications, be responsible for electrical and automation function to ensure the overall facilities and equipments are correctly installed and validated according to WPS and cGMP standards

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

建立并优化电气及自动化领域设备/设施的操作以及维修规程。

Set up and optimize operating and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures for all equipments in electrical & automation function

通过设立维修战略并实施预防性维修来确保所有的设备/设施运行良好。

Ensure overall equipments are running smoothly and efficiently through establishment of maintenance strategy and implementation of preventive maintenance

组织和开展电气和自动化领域设备的定期及日常维护保养工作。

Organize and carry out daily regular maintenance work of equipments in electrical & automation function.

提供专业服务和跨功能支持客户，如培训，维修，改进，验证等。

Provide professional service and cross functional support to customers, such as training, maintenance, improvement, validation and so on

建立并实施年度备件采购计划。

Establish and implement annual spare part purchasing plan

文件工作：按时完成工作报告（月度工作报告，设备分析报告，故障根源分析报告等）。根据GMP要求更 新文件。

Paper work: Issue working report timely (monthly report, equipment performance report, root cause analysis report upon request) Keep documents updated according to cGMP standards

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience – Professional, Technical

大学专科及以上学历，电气或自动控制专业

Diploma or above majoring in electrical or automation engineering

良好的中英文沟通技能

Good communication skill in both English and Chinese

5年及以上的工作经验

Over five years working experience

具备制药、半导体、化学、食品等行业经验者优先考虑

Pharmaceutical, semiconductor and food industry experience is an advantage
