Mission:

Ubisoft Entertainment Inc. is looking for a Project Security Analyst to work in coordination with the Security & Risk Management department and the productions teams in order to implement security tools and methods to ensure secure project data management.

Answering to the Security & Risk Management department, the Project Security Analyst’s main missions are:

·Develop risk analysis methods for game production environments;

·Monitor and detect potential risk situations in game production environments;

·Draft policies, standards and processes to ensure secure project data management;

·Contribute to the implementation of projects to enhance the security of production activities;

·Raise awareness among project stakeholders (e.g. producers, project managers, data managers, programmers, etc.);

·Inform IT support teams as well as Security & Risk Management teams of security-related project needs;

·On a day-to-day basis, answer questions regarding data security in production environments;

·Support the implementation of anti-piracy protection solutions;

·Carry out security evaluations for the projects to which he/she is assigned;

·Provide counsel and propose security solutions integrated to business processes;

·Facilitate operations and minimise negative impacts of proposed security solutions in order to optimize ROI;

·Interpret potential or realised risks brought forth by new technologies introduced to daily operations;

·Carry out all other related tasks.

Qualifications:

Training:

·Bachelor’s in computer science;

·Technical or audit certification in computer security (CISSP, CISA, etc.) (asset)

Pre-requisites:

·General IT knowledge

·Knowledge of the Microsoft and Unix operating systems

·Knowledge of the main aspects of computer security (processes and technologies)

Assets:

·Experience in developing corporate policies or guidelines

·Knowledge of Perl, C # and MS Dos Batch files

·Knowledge of anti-piracy technologies

·2-3 years’ experience in auditing/EDP auditing.

·Ability to interact with representatives from different sectors, use a pedagogical approach and communicate technical and business concepts to all types of audiences;

·Analytical and synthesizing skills;

·Ability to make decisions quickly in a constantly changing environment and demonstrate capacity for innovation;

·Excellent organizational skills;

·Ability to draft documents that are clear and well-structured;

·Have a keen sense of observation;

·Capacity to proceed with diligence and a high level of responsibility;

·Fluent in English，French is nice to have;

·Ready to travel for work occasionally.
