岗位职责：
1、公司战略与资源管理，将公司战略与价值最大化的终极目标结合起来；
2、制定、实施公司财务战略，支持公司推行的经营战略；
3、领导公司财务部门的全面工作；
4、组织财务预算、计划和决算工作；
5、参与公司战略规划和年度、月度计划工作；

任职资格：
1、财经类相关专业全日制本科以上学历，中级会计师以上职称，持注册会计师证书优先。
2、年龄28-50岁，5年以上大型企业财务管理工作经验，需有参与上市工作经验，熟悉IPO流程。
2、熟悉现行会计准则和税收制度，有集团企业工作经验优先；
3、具备丰富的财务管理、投资管理、筹资管理经验，能对企业资金合理运用提出专业性意见及建议；
