As a member of the EF Labs Academic Services Operations Team (ASOT), the Operations and Planning Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the services offered by ASOT: online teaching and writing corrections.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling
? Execute scheduling for conversation classes based on thorough analysis of historical trend and attendance forecast.
? Effectively communicate with centers about scheduling needs and changes
? Allocate classes properly to centers and teachers based on the criteria of cost, quality, timezone, teacher availability, levels, time slots, etc.
? Use ASOT’s internal systems effectively

Reporting and analysis
? Produce service performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
? Internal reports for service evaluation and improvement
? Reports sent to products and markets that ASOT caters to
? Reports sent to teaching and correcting centers
? Attendance analysis
? Update ASOT’s KPI and Quality & Cost matrix
? Stats for teacher payments

Day to day operation
? Answer e-mails and deal with student and teacher cases on Salesforce
? Help CR to investigate and resolve teacher-service related issues
? Provide support to centers and teachers/correctors technical, grading, timesheet issues, etc.
? Follow up with centers on teaching performances: evaluation, no show, subs, grading etc.
? Update teacher accounts in the system
? Upload slides for online classes
? Answer hotline calls as per team’s rotation

Project support
? Initiate ideas and provide input for system improvement projects
? Participate in testing for project release
? Facilitate project implementation
