1、根据总公司对工厂的人事行政要求，做好人力资源管理，包括：招聘，培训管理，薪酬社保等，并适时优化、调整岗位及人员配置；
2、负责制定并完善工厂的各项行政、人事管理制度，切实做好制度的监督、执行；
3、劳资关系管理：日常劳资关系的协调，妥善处理劳资纠纷，建立健全员工档案管理等；
4、统筹工厂生产、卫生、安保、饭堂、后勤等方面的日常管理工作；规范工厂库存、固定资产、办公用品等的采购、管理；
5、其他各项人事行政相关的工作。

要求：
1、要求有工厂行政管理经验5年以上
2、对工厂员工的相关管理制度和流程熟悉
3、对人事行政规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验
4、具有较强的处理能力、沟通协调能力、统筹能力，有坚韧的自制能力
5、岗位工作地点在上海金山区亭林镇。
