Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the full spectrum of recruiting process for the North Asia region (including Japan, Korea and Greater China) from job requirement analysis, opening of a new requisition, sourcing the candidates, interview co-ordination, candidate selection, compensation recommendations to extending offers & finalizing the hiring process.
? Managing the various recruitment channels covering recruitment agencies, job portals and internal referral scheme.
? Assist in the development of recruitment strategies, actively source for talent and ensure compliance to corporate policies, statutory requirements and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process
? Ensure accurate data reporting and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner and maintain the updated talent data base.
? Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers in relation to recruiting, selecting, recruitment processes, methods of resourcing and recruitment legislation as needed.
? Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify and recommend areas for improvement to ensure most effective practices at all times.
? Accountable for the Regional recruitment KPI: process time, closing rate and recruitment cost.
Job Requirements:
? At least 5 years’ relevant experience in recruiting /staffing, regional exposure is essential
? Talent sourcing in IT or related industry is preferable
? Independent individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
? Able to work in a fast paced environment and team driven culture
? Must be resourceful and good networking
? Proactive with a ‘Can-Do’ spirit
? Pleasant disposition and innovative
? Experience in managing the Taleo recruitment system is advantageous
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
? Must be able to speak Mandarin and read Chinese due to hiring activities for North Asia countries including China Mainland and China Taiwan
?
