职位描述
岗位职责：
? Review customer demand and release Master Schedule to Operation team.
? Monitor and control the finished goods inventory in CDC to make sure we meet the customer delivery as well as control the inventory in a reasonable level.
? Timely review safety stock and past due order situations.
? Understand real customer needs to make sure we meet Fill rate target.
? Work closely with Operation team to balance the capacity and demand.
? Make adjustments to Master Schedule when necessary, set proper priorities based on urgency.
? Contact Product Management and BU team to evaluate the impact when too many orders can’t be fulfilled at the same time.

? Minimum 10 years operations experience with ＞5 years logistics, Master Schedule，customer demand, and material planning in management capacity
? BS in Engineering or Supply Chain, Master’s Degree preferred
? Extensive MRP experience/knowledge, MfgPro and SAP preferred
? APICS certification would be an advantage.
? Good communicator and team player.
? Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work well with people at all levels.
? Fluency in English communication and written skills.
