POSITION SUMMARY:
? This position provides leadership and is responsible for all aspects of supply chain and warehouse management to achieve desired business goals and objectives.
? Continuously drive improvements and value-add for our businesses and customers.
? This is a self-starter position and to act as the liaison between supply chain and other departments in support of customer delivery, material availability and inventory control, manufacturing engineering, production and quality.
? This position will be responsible for managing team of up to 10 professional staff and 20 associates.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
? Minimum 10 years operations experience with ＞5 years logistics, purchasing, and material planning in management capacity
? BS in Engineering or Supply Chain, Master’s Degree preferred
? Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt would be an advantage.
? Extensive MRP experience/knowledge, MfgPro and SAP preferred
? APICS certification would be an advantage.
? Good communicator and team player.
? Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work well with people at all levels.
? Fluency in English communication and written skills.
