Manage the day to day activities of factory IT development tasks, requirement gathering, design, development and test;
Recruitment the new members;
Coordinate intra-department IT development requirement.

Essential function and responsibilities:
Manager the development requirement from user and set priority;
Performance reveiw for the team members;
Identify necessary IT skills needed in the organization and build them;
Provide forecast and budget of his group;
Provide progress report and high level project plan to the senior management;
Provide goal setting and performance review with team members.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience;
Above 5 years IT team management experience in manufacturing company;
Proven experience and knowledge of processes in manufacturing company with MES systems. Factory works is a plus;
Above 5 years experience on software development, strong experience on ASP.NET development, and solid understanding of OOP concepts;
Familiar with C# or VB.NET development technology;
Good personality, attitude and communication.
