Job Description:

1.Dailly vistors receiving;
2.Couriser sending & receiving;
3.Telephone answer;
4.Public media management(including display screen,brochure);
5.Monthly payment for suppliers(stationery and couier.etc.);
6.Stantionery and drinking order and delivery, bussiness cards order;
7.Meeting management(including reservation, arrangement and coordination);
8.Suppliers management (including stationery, courier );
9.Staff card recharge ;
10.Other Admin support;


Requirement:

1. College’s Degree or above, related working experience is preferred;
2. Ability on English and Chinese communication, both oral and written;
3. Ability on software such as MS Office Suite;
4. Able to work independently and effectively;
5. Strong sense of cutomer focus & ability to anticipate other’s needs;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, having sense of responsibility, cooperation and teamwork.
