Requirements:

Bachelor's (4 year) degree, Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent English skills both oral and written.
Practical experience with Windows Server 2003-2012
Scripting knowledge (Powershell)
VMWare ESX/vCenter 5.x
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Windows System administrator, with experience working in a Remote Infrastructure Management team.
Ability to travel within, as well as out of country if necessary
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Self-starter, ability to work independently
Certification in at least one Microsoft Server product, or VMWare VCP

Preferred (in addition to requirements)
SCCM knowledge and practical experience
Exchange 2007, 2013
WSUS knowledge and practical experience
2012 Server, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
Hyper-V experience
Working knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies (Dell, EMC, etc)

Job Responsibilities:

Ongoing administration and maintenance of server hardware and software

Administration of backups (disk/tape/cloud)

User administration (shares, passwords, ActiveSync, etc)

Building and maintaining virtual servers according to corporate standards, policies, and procedures

Administration and maintenance of SAN hardware

Monitoring server hardware and software via corporate monitoring system

After-hours support rotation

Project planning and management based on corporate standards

Should follow established escalation matrix as part of operational support with Technical Management teams internally and vendors/suppliers as required

Should follow IT Change Management processes to document, seek approval and execute all changes for Infrastructure improvements and based on customer requests

Participate in scheduled maintenances and deployments during non-business hours

Should be available to fix critical incidents as per established processes

Should manage specific responsibilities for the region based on the Service requirements
