Position Responsibilities
职位描述:
1、Maintain and develop financial management, ensure high working efficiency in financial dept.
维护和发展财务框架管理，保证部门有效、高效率的运作；
2、Daily operation in all aspect of accounting.
负责会计领域各个方面的日常运作；
3、Assist other dept. on inventory and expense management
帮助其他部门在存货及费用上的管理；
4、Training on employees in financial dept.
负责对财务部员工的培训；
5、Handle all the tax issue
负责所有税务事宜；
6、Handle reimbursement of general ledger, detailed account and auditing expense. Update and maintain monthly account closing and related accounting procedure.
负责总帐、明细帐、审核费用报销，月末关帐及相关的会计流程更新及维护；
7、Financial report, financial analysis, cost analysis, financial forecast and capital control.
负责编制财务报表，实施财务分析、成本分析、财务预测及资金控制；
8、Support management level to make decision. Financial review, assist on internal or external audit.
为管理层决策提供支持；其他责任包括：财务回顾、协助内外部审计等；
9、Fulfill other works related
积极完成领导安排的其他工作

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related.
本科以上学历，财务和会计相关专业；
2、5+ years financial working experience, 3+ years financial supervisor experience in manufacturing company
5年以上财务工作经验，3年以上制造型企业财务主管工作经验；
3、State approved accountant qualification, intermediate level or above, ACCA preferred.
具备国家认可的会计师从业资质，中级以上职称，ACCA优先；
4、Experience in ERP system, proficient in Microsoft office
有ERP系统的经验，熟悉微软office 软件
5、Strong problem solving ability, team construction and communication ability.
有较强的解决问题的能力，参与团队建设和沟通能力；
6、Team spirit and sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure.
有团队合作精神和强烈的责任心，能在一定压力下工作；
