Job Responsibilities:
1. To answer all incoming phone calls and to greet and screen visitors ;
2. To be in charge of company’s courier vendor selecting and assure services quality;
3. To be responsible for all administration work of Beijer Shanghai:
1）To update and maintain the staff directory before 10th every month;
2）To purchase office supplies and equipment maintenance;
3）To arrange meeting room and telephone/video conference;
4）To maintain the cleanness of the pantry and manage the cleaner;
5）To arrange hotel vendor searching and reserving, flight tickets booking;
6）To apply all admin expenses payment including stationery, courier and other administration expenses;
7）To control all admin expenses under budget;
8）To keep all admin documents/files archived;
9）To apply business card for all employees;
4. To arrange company cars and transportation;
5. To update staff annual leave statistics;
6. To organize large-scale staff activities like outing, annual party etc;
7. To apply and renew visa/invitation letter /work license/work permit and residence permit for manager and other expatriates;
8. Other tasks when assigned by the supervisor;

Job Requirements:
· College above, > 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
· Good communication Skills and team spirit
· Good computer skills and Proficiency in major computer softwares
· Strong responsibilities and could work hard and carefully
· Fluent in both written & spoken English
