1、本科以上学历，有3-5年以上广告策划从业经验，具备制定品牌策略和市场营销策略的全案策划经历；
2、擅长策略性思考，创意新颖、准确、独特，具备很强的文字驾御能力；
3、能将整合策略中的表现策略转化为准确的创意表现；
4、具备精湛的画面表现能力，从创意出发到制作执行全程监控，出色的提案技巧，良好的协调能力。
1. Bachelor Degree or over Bachelor Degree, having more than 3 years experience of advertisement scheming ,being good at the
scheming in formulation of brand strategy and marketing;
2. Being endowed with creative mind ,being good at strategical consideration with talent in novel creation, sense of exact and
unique control of text.
3. Being familiar with scheming and advertisement production process ; being planning and rational
4. Having a talent in integrating all schemes as precise creation.
5. With the ability of superb performance on the screen, starting from the creation to the whole monitoring of production with an
excellent proposal skills, good coordination ability.
