职位描述
BASIC FUNCTION
1. Develop strategic relationships with direct and in-direct clients
2. Actively interact with key influences (Real Estate, Developers, Project Management, A&D) and direct clients
3. Closure of new business opportunities
4. To expand and retain for specified existing accounts.
5. Assist GSM/SM to closure big tender if requested.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Meet the sales quota and gross profit targets through creating a seamless customer experience
2. Fill the "sales funnel" for the assigned territory and close deals by actively targeting key client groupsespecially Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users and government. Methods to include:
1) Networking
2) Gathering information and tracking leads
3) Working with SM/GSM to develop strategic alignment programs with select A&D and other key indirect accounts
4) Developing and taking part in "Haworth capabilities" and product presentations
3. Mine existing accounts for opportunities at current installations
4. Obtain new service contracts through proactively approaching existing clients
5. Manage execution of existing service contracts
6. Look at ways to expand portfolio of products & services within the account
7. Seek to broaden network within Haworth accounts as in account management
8. Share leads and market information with BD team
9. Seek referrals from existing accounts
10. Look for opportunities to train/educate account contacts
11. Invite clients to forums and other activities sponsored by Haworth
12. Responsible for accuracy on quotations
13. Maintain a thorough understanding of Haworth's product lines
14. Verify the accuracy of layouts and order specifications with the customer before releasing the order to be entered.
15. Communicate with customers to keep them informed about delivery and installation schedules.
16. Work with the project management team during installation.
17. Develop, implement and manage systems to track all accounts.
18. Continuously follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with Haworth's products and services.
19. Work with customers and appropriates Haworth staff or Haworth dealers to resolve problems quickly if they should arise.
20. Represent Haworth and Haworth's products positively and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
1. A university degree in marketing, business, sales or a related field of study.
2. A minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience or 3 years sales administration related experience.
3. Experience in the office furniture or a related industry preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
6. Fluent in English and in the local language of the market in which s/he works.
