岗位职责：

1、了解客户抱怨质量问题（与天窗产品有关的装配、调试、检查和返修等工段以及现场质保）的情况，对简单的质量问题作必要的分析处理，及时解决；

Realize the products quality status (all the customer function sections related to products assembly, adjustment, check/audit, refix, on line quality), resolve the simple quality problems after necessory analysis;

2、针对复杂的质量问题，在做好现场妥善处理后，及时上报部门经理，全面解决之；
As for complicated quality problem, firstly block the problem parts, then report to department manager to resolve it in all;

3、掌握客户料废情况和索赔件情况；

Find out the scraped products status in every customer plants and warranty issues;
4、每月售后索赔件确认并取回；

Confirm and get back the after market warranty parts every month;
5、每季度零公里件确认取回；

Confirm and get back the zero kilometer warranty parts every month;
6、服从上级主管安排，在必要的情况下进行加班工作。

According to the arrangement from leaders to work overtime in necessory.

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，机械电子相关专业；

Bachelor above, majored in mechanic or relevant;
2、具备基本量具的使用能力和必要的产品拆装能力；
Use the basic measurement tool and setup or dispatcht the product in necessory;

3、2年以上汽车行业生产或质量方面工作经验；
Min.2 years experience in auto components or quality field;

4、掌握必要的办公软件，英语听说读写熟练；
Use the documents sofeware in necessory such as Microsoft Office, fluent in oral and written english;

5、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，工作计划条理性强，具备普通车辆驾驶能力。

Good communication and coordination skills, rational work plan, can drive the normal vechile.
