Duties and Responsibilities:

Help to maintain contract/revenue management file in Excel in very short term
Familiarize with Sales force system and own responsibility of cash allocation
Physical contract documentation
Follow up contract status and make sure all billing recorded and closed timely.
AR booking and help AR tracking
Manage auto invoice system
Manage Intercompany invoice
Handle tax issue related to invoice
Other assignment from direct supervisor

Essential Knowledge/Experience
MNC's working experience is preferred
Willing to communicate with other team
Eager to learn
Knowledge of basic taxation

Qualifications
Financial & Accounting background, Bachelor degree
Good at Excel
Basic English is required
ERP experience is preferred, but not necessary
Familiar with PRC GAAP
