岗位描述：

1、 管理范围：崇明工厂;
2、 协助管理层制订工厂精益生产的长期和短期规划;
3、 负责精益生产工具的培训和推广应用，包括：
- 负责推进公司现场基础管理工作的建立与完善；
- 负责精益生产、5S等先进生产管理的组织和实施；
- 负责导入精益管理方法与理念，推动设施布局、工艺创新，促进TPS（拉动式生产与看板管理）在制造系统建立；
- 负责精益生产的持续改进，解决现场工艺问题，落实成本节约措施

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历、从事精益生产管理工作5年以上；
2、制造工程、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业；
3、精益生产培训、质量体系培训，项目管理培训；
4、成熟的沟通技巧；
5、团队意识强烈，具备独立领导的能力；
6、适应多变、复杂的工作环境；
7、逻辑性、准确性；
8、熟练使用MS office软件；
9、英语听说读写流利
10、工作地点：崇明工厂
