Main responsibilities:

• Work as the Hydraulic, Pneumatic and lubrication System Design Engineer
• Design & develop hydraulic based control & actuation solutions for machine control applications and hydraulic and lubrication units
• Work effectively with members of the Engineering Group and with regional and international engineering resources on major projects
• Understand and adopt the established processes to effectively contributing to the effective execution of projects, and where appropriate, taking responsibility for the technical leadership & management of projects
• Establish design and development environment with engineering system and tools
• Familiar with pipings and fittings
• Familiar with international standard, classification rules and regulations
• Coordination with other disciplines, vendor selection, participation in technical bid evaluation and negotiations, site assistance during construction, commissioning and validation phase.
• Manage Automation Projects with allotted budget, schedule, and maintain desired quality
• Provide Cost Effective Solution to customers as an automation consultant
• Master the application software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Catia, SolidWorks or other design software and familiar with 3D modelling
• Be responsible for compile process specification of new product, Work instruction, process flowchart
• Review and Approve Design Documents

Requirements:

• Majored in Mechanical &Electric Engineering or Automation Engineering
• 3+ years of automation engineering experience preferred for hydraulic, pneumatics and lubrication systems as well as hydraulic and lubrication units
• experience in Paper machine automation field is plus
• Able to build strong and deep customer relationships is very essential
• Exhibits strong global teaming and leadership skills, required to work with key customers
• Able to foster an environment of learning within the local team
• Good strategic and lateral thinking skills
• Project experience with international clients will be plus
• Familiarity with Good Automation Manufacturing Practices
• Must have demonstrated problem solving, analytical, leadership, conflict management, and communication skills
• Essential Good English Reading and writing skill
• Knowledge of electrical, control motor, sensors or pneumatic and hydraulic
• Knowledge and implementation of PLC systems would be an advantage
• Good command in language both spoken and written English, as well as Mandarin
• Strong sense of team work and be adapt studying
• Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive
• Have a passport and willing to travel
• Good health
