· Provide technical support to merchandising team, suppliers and UK team to achieve required results.

· Ensure all parties involved are trained in and follow required QA and QC procedures.

· Make recommendations for continuous improvement of both QA and QC performance.

· Regular factory visits (Domestic travel) required to train and support suppliers.

· International travel maybe required.

· Previous experience in ladies fashion garments essential, fashions accessories a benefit.

· High level of written and spoken English required.

· A supportive, flexible and proactive approach required at all times.
