RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Plan and lead marketing activities for retail channel, enhance product exposure rate and brand image, POSM management, supervise all execution details and budget control.
2. Organize and attend industrial exhibitions (e.g. SIAL, FHC).
3. Paper work on marketing data, report and cost analysis
4. Maintain current retail key accounts, keep good business relations with customers, and increase sales volume and profit.
5. Proactively looking for new customers and conduct sales
6. Sales order handling including accounts receivables control and cash collection
7. Help GM to communicate with overseas suppliers and logistic company to make sure new purchasing order will go through customs clearance smoothly.
8. Office and staff management, BJ office support when needed.
9. Other office administration when needed
1. 计划并组织零售渠道的市场推广活动，提高产品曝光率和品牌形象，POSM管理，确保活动顺利执行，有效控制预算
2. 组织并参加行业展会，如SIAL，FHC
3. 市场数据搜集，提交活动报告及成本分析
4. 维护现有零售渠道大客户并促进良好的业务关系,提高销量和利润
5. 积极开拓新客户并达成交易
6. 处理销售订单，包括应收账款，现金回流
7. 协助总经理与国外供应商及国内物流公司沟通，确保国外采购订单顺利通关，不影响库存销售
8. 办公室及人员管理,北京分公司工作支持
9. 领导安排的其他事宜

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidates with food and beverage sales experience strongly preferred
2. Bachelor degree background in sales or marketing preferred
3. Great communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
4. Self-motivation ,challenge target, excellent team player
5. Sense of responsibility with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
6. Good PC skills
7. 6 -8 years of working experience.

3.英语口语及书写能力熟练，中文普通话标准
