岗位要求：
1、具备中小学课外辅导教材研发、课程策划、教师培训等能力；
2、负责教研活动的组织，培训教材的开发与优化；
3、负责教师团队的建设与管理，对学科教师进行在岗业务培训，保证教学服务的高质量；
4、处理客户服务投诉，解决客户投诉意见，提高客户满意率；
5、负责组织学科教师定期开展教研活动；
6、合理安排教师工作计划，统计和调整教师工作量，安排调课；
7、配合校长进行其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大学专科及以上学历，重点大学或研究生学历优先，热爱中小学教育事业；
2、5年以上中小学教学经验，2年以上教学管理经验，具有开发新项目新品牌经验者优先；
3、良好的组织计划及培训能力，丰富的沟通技巧，学习能力强，富有团队合作精神；
4、有艰苦奋斗精神，以结果为导向，执行力强，对市场很很强的敏感度和责任心；
5、能够承受压力，个性开朗，善于表达，具备一定的演讲能力；
6、文字功底扎实，熟练使用办公软件，良好的书面及语言表达能力。
